Isle of Capri Casinos Extends Exchange Offer

Isle of Capri Casinos ISLE announced today that it has extended until 5:00 p.m., New York City time, September 2, 2011, unless further extended, its offer to exchange its registered 7.750% Senior Notes due 2019 for its unregistered outstanding 7.750% Senior Notes due 2019.
