DG to Acquire EyeWonder From Limelight Networks For $66M Cash

DG DGIT, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Limelight Networks, Inc.'s LLNW EyeWonder video and rich media advertising unit for approximately $66 million in cash. The transaction enhances DG's position as a leading provider of interactive digital advertising products and services, and is expected to be accretive to DG's 2012 GAAP EPS.
