The Federal Housing Finance Agency may file a lawsuit again banks for misrepresenting the quality of mortgage bonds they sold during the housing bubble. Bank of America BAC, JPMorgan JPM, Goldman Sachs GS and Deutsche Bank DB may be named. The Federal Reserve has asked Bank of America BAC about what it would do if its financial situation worsens. Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda has named Jun Azumi to replace him as Finance Minister. Amazon AMZN has offered to bring 7,000 full time jobs to California by 2015 in exchange for a reprieve from the state's new Internet sales tax law until 2014.
