Barrington Research has published a research report on DemandTec DMAN in anticipation of the company's 2Q earnings release scheduled for Thursday, September 29, 2011.
In the report, Barrington writes, "The company already announced fiscal Q2/12 deals with Sam's Club and grocer A&P and a Q3/12 contract with Latin America electronics-retailer Elektra del Milenio (for about $1.0-1.5 million annually). Also, last earnings call, management lowered guidance for full-year revenue (to 10-15% growth from 15-18%) and EPS (to negative $0.03-positive $0.02 from positive $0.06-0.08). The Q2/12 top line is guided to be $21.8-22.2 million, representing 7-9% year-over-year growth (1-3% organically). We project $22.0 million, in line with the Street."
Barrington maintains its Outperform rating and $7.50 price target on DemandTec, which closed Friday at $6.01 and is currently trading up $0.03 today after market open.
