Texas Department of Information Resources Signs Agreement with Level 3 Communications

Level 3 Communications, Inc. LVLT today announced that it has signed an agreement with the Texas Department of Information Resources to provide access to a range of Level 3's advanced network services. The Texas DIR serves more than 700 government agencies, educational institutions and enterprises throughout the state.
