Denso Reports 75% Drop In Net Profit

Denso Corp DNZOY reported a 75% drop in its net profit for the fiscal first half. Denso's net profit for the period dropped to Y23.28 billion, from Y93.70 billion, in the year-earlier period. Its sales dropped 11% to Y1.409 trillion, from Y1.590 trillion. Denso shares gained 4.30% to close at $15.78 yesterday.
