EasyJet Reports Rise In Profit

reported rise in its fiscal year profit. easyJet's pretax profit surged 61% to GBP248 million, from GBP154 million, in the year-ago period. Its revenue climbed 16.1% to GBP3.45 billion. easyJet announced its plans to pay a dividend of 10.5 pence per share and a special dividend of 34.9 pence per share.
