Goldman Sachs is out with a research note this morning, where it suggests that traders buy calls on lululemon athletica LULU ahead of next week's ICR Conference.
Goldman Sachs retail analyst Michelle Tan recently added LULU shares to the Conviction List, and sees 25% upside to her 6-month price target. She notes that a strong surge in Google search results for the LULU brand suggests that LULU comps have the potential to spike this quarter.
The analysts also noted that, over the past four years, LULU shares have moved on average +/-7% on the first day of the ICR conference alone.
The analysts suggest buying the Jan $52.50 call for $1.48.
lululemon athletica Inc. is a designer and retailer of technical athletic apparel operating primarily in North America and Australia. The company's yoga-inspired apparel is marketed under the lululemon athletica brand name.
