Lennox International Announces Appointment of Todd M. Bluedorn as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Richard L.

Lennox International Inc. LII today announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously elected Chief Executive Officer Todd M. Bluedorn as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Richard L. Thompson as Lead Director.  These changes will be effective upon conclusion of the 2012 annual meeting of stockholders scheduled for May 10, 2012.
