C&C Energia Posts Q4 Loss

Canadian company C&C Energia Limited CNCEF posted a loss in the fourth quarter. C&C Energia posted a quarterly loss of $11.8 million, or $0.19 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $5.8 million, or $0.11 per share. C&C Energia's revenue, net of royalties, jumped to $73.6 million. Its production climbed 64% to 10,493 barrels of oil per day (bopd). US crude oil prices climbed 17% to average around $92.39 per barrel in the quarter. C&C Energia shares closed at $8.62 on Friday.
