For the first quarter, its new vehicle sales jumped 13%. Shares of Crown Castle International Corp CCI fell about 0.77% after the company announced that it is commencing a public offering of $1.0 billion of senior notes. Shares of W.W. Grainger Inc GWW gained about 0.2% after the company announced its plans to acquire AnFreixo S.A., a unit of Votorantim Group for an undisclosed sum. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Shares of Marsh & McLennan Cos MMC fell about 1.1% after the company reported that it has bought Cosmos Services (America) Inc, the US insurance brokerage subsidiary of global trading firm ITOCHU Corporation ITOCY. However, the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Shares of CME Group Inc CME fell about 1.8% after the company reported a drop in its daily trading volume in March. CME Group's daily volume averaged 12.5 million contracts in March, a 13% decline versus March 2011 and 2% drop versus February. Its daily volume for interest-rate futures averaged 5.6 million contracts per day, a 15% decline versus a year-ago period and 5.8% versus February. For the first quarter, CME's trading volume averaged 12.3 million contracts per day, an 11% decline versus a year-ago period.
