RWE's Czech Units Post Rise In 2011 Profit

The Czech units of RWE AG RWEOY posted a rise in 2011 revenue and after-tax profit. Consolidated revenue of RWE's Czech units climbed to 173.87 billion koruna ($9.21 billion), versus CZK147.52 billion in 2010. The group's 2011 after-tax profit climbed to CZK14.11 billion, from CZK9.16 billion in 2010. RWE shares closed at $44.60 on Friday.
