As far as I know he is a market insider who functions as a specialist , but he is considered as someone who is very involved with the machinations of the stock exchanges.Well, he proceeds to say he's making his rare appearance to warn all investors that the problems that caused the unprecedented market collapse on Thursday haven't been fixed yet.
