Beijing Enterprises Lifts Stake In China Gas

Beijing Enterprises Group Co BJWTF lifted its stake in China Gas Holdings Ltd CGHOF to 17.959% versus 14.94% previously, the Hong Kong securities regulator said. Beijing Enterprises Group acquired the shares in China Gas, paying between HK$3.68 and HK$4.00 per share.
