ABM Property Leases 234,600 SF In California

, owner, operator and developer of global industrial real estate, today announced it has leased 234,600 square feet to UMA, one of the largest importers and wholesalers in the home furnishings industry. UMA Enterprises will consolidate its operations in the new facility, which is located in the South Bay submarket of the Los Angeles area. "In today's highly competitive market, it's critical that we attract new customers of this quality in order to grow our existing portfolio," said Kim Snyder, AMB's managing director, West Region. "We are pleased to welcome UMA to our facility, which is now 100 percent leased." "This location is ideal for us," said Naval Bansal, VP, UMA.
