K12 Denies Hiring Uncertified Teachers

K12 LRN denies allegations by the Seminole County, Florida school district that the school made an effort to avoid the state's teacher certification requirements. The website StateImpact published documents on Tuesday relating to the investigation. K12's own internal review showed no wrongdoing. The company has been cooperating with the Florida Department of Education and Inspector General's office on the matter. K12 shares traded about 15% lower Tuesday.
