Central Jersey Bancorp CJBK climbed 127.27% to $7 by 11:02 am. CJBK is going to be acquired by Kearny Financial KRNY in a $72.3 million all-cash deal. CJBK’s shareholders will receive $7.50 a share, a 143% premium to Tuesday's closing price of $3.08. Neurocrine Biosciences Inc NBIX shares advanced 17.65% to $4. The San Diego-based company recently announced "statistically significant and clinically meaningful" top-line efficacy results from its Daisy PETAL phase II study of elagolix, a treatment for patients suffering from endometriosis. MELA Sciences Inc MELA soared 29.47% to $7.82. MELA today announced that the General and Plastic Surgery Devices Panel appointed by the FDA will review MelaFind’s pre-market approval application on August 26, 2010. Hanmi Financial Corp HAFC jumped 16.25% to $2.36. The troubled US lender HAFC has entered into an agreement with South Korea’s third largest banking group by market value, Woori Finance Holdings WF, for up to $240 million of capital infusion.
