Everest Sciences Announces Order From Cherokee Nitrogen

Everest Sciences Corporation, a leading provider of air handling solutions for the Natural Gas, Power Generation, Chemical Production and other industries, announced today it has received an order for its patented ECOChill Pro Spec™ hybrid inlet chilling system from Cherokee Nitrogen. Demonstrating the broad range of applications for the company's Hybrid air handling solutions, Everest Sciences expects the ECOChill Pro Spec to increase product concentration and production for the plant on warm weather days. This announcement comes after a recent repeat order from a large midstream energy provider based in Mont Belvieu, Texas, and the recent commissioning of an ECOChill Pro Spec hybrid inlet cooling system at a customer's chemical plant in the Caribbean. "When we introduced the first air handling solutions based on our innovative and patented Indirect Evaporative Inlet Cooling technology, we could foresee applications in a broad range of customer settings," said Dave Voeller, Chief Executive Officer of Everest Sciences. "With recent sales and installations in a natural gas pipeline, a chemical plant, and a repeat order from a large midstream energy supplier we have proven that Everest Sciences comprehensive air handling solutions can impact efficiency and throughput for a wide variety of applications. We are thrilled to be announcing today the sale of our chemical plant specific product with Cherokee Nitrogen." "After a careful review of the unique dual stage chilling technology, Cherokee Nitrogen (a subsidiary of LSB Industries, Inc. LXU) selected this path forward to quickly and cost effectively increase product concentration and incremental production on a Nitric Acid Plant. This solution was much quicker and less costly to install and operate versus adding a single stage chiller which would have been less efficient." Dallas Robinson - Vice President - Chemical Plant Operations. Everest Sciences ECOChill Pro Spec systems provide a factory pre-packaged solution for its customers in the chemical industry by creating cooler, denser air at a fraction of the power required by conventional chilling systems. Their patented multi-staged hybrid process provides chilled air using 30%-70% less power than conventional methods.
