Fast Money Halftime Recommendations (OXY, CVX, ABT, PFE, MRK, AXP, C, BAC, JPM)

On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Jim Iurio said that he is a buyer of Chevron Corporation CVX and Occidental Petroleum Corporation OXY. He thinks that they were unfairly sold off, along with the real culprits for the oil spill. Joe Terranova said that he wants to buy health care names like Abbott Laboratories ABT, Pfizer Inc. PFE and Merck & Co., Inc. MRK. He also said that he wants to buy American Express Company AXP. Steve Grasso believes that financials are oversold and he wants to buy Citigroup Inc. C, JPMorgan Chase & Co. JPM and Bank of America Corporation BAC. Zach Karabell is bearish on rating agencies, and wants to go short on them.
