Benzinga's After Hours Decliners (LGF, MF, CSIQ)

It was another losing day on Wall Street, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average falling 112 points to 10,024. Among the stocks that have continued to fall in the after hours trading session are Lions Gate Entertainment LGF, MF Global Holdings MF, and Canadian Solar CSIQ. Lionsgate (LGF) posted a loss of $19.5 million or $0.17 per share, after the closing bell this afternoon. The stock has subsequently fallen 12.15% to $6.00 in the late trading session. Shares of MF Global Holdings (MF) have plummeted 7.91% in post market electronic trading after the company announced a public offering for up to $150 million in shares of its common stock. MF is now trading for $6.99 a share. Canadian Solar (CSIQ) is getting completely crushed in after hours trading after the company said its board's audit committee began an investigation after the company received a subpoena from the SEC requesting documents relating to certain sales transactions in 2009. Candian Solar was supposed to report their quarterly earnings tomorrow morning, but will now delay the release of the report as a result of the investigation. The shares have fallen 14.92% to $10.09 on the news.
