Stocks To Watch For June 2 (CWTR, F, HMC, TM, BP, HOV, LGF)

Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are: Wall Street expects women's clothing retailer, Coldwater Creek CWTR, to post a loss of $0.04 per share for the fiscal first quarter. CWTR’s shares fell 5.45% to close at $5.90 yesterday. Following the report for May sales by auto makers, Ford F, General Motors, Honda HMC and Toyota TM may be the key stocks drawing investor interest today. F’s shares moved up 0.79% to $11.50 in after hours trading. HMC’s shares soared 1.21% to $ 30.40 in the after-hours trading session, while the TM’s shares dropped 0.71% to $71.01 in after-hours trading. According to US Attorney General, Eric Holder, the government has decided to launch civil and criminal probes against BP BP for the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. After falling more than 14% in regular trading, BP’s shares gained 1.59% to $37.10 in after hours trading. Analysts are expecting home builder Hovnanian HOV to report a loss of $0.64 per share for the fiscal second quarter. HOV’s shares moved up 0.34% to $5.99 in the after hours trading session. Lions Gate Entertainment Corp LGF has narrowed its fiscal year’s loss to $0.17 per share, from $1.53 per share in the same period a year ago.
