Mad Money Lightning Round: Jim Considers MDR

In his "Mad Money Lightning Round" on Thursday, Jim said that he likes McDermott International MDR. He considered the stock to be ‘a winner’ and a really good company. MDR jumped 1.96% to $22.94 during the after-hours session. When asked about Qwest Communications Q, Cramer said, "Let's take the profit here and roll into Vodafone Group VOD. It's got good yield and good growth." Yesterday, VOD climbed 1.95% to close at $20.41, while Q fell 0.38% to $5.28. Jim advised investors not to buy BHP Billiton BHP. “I'd lock in some profits right here," he remarked. Yesterday, BHP shed 1.83% to end at $63.71. According to Cramer, EMC EMC is a terrific stock as it has a stake in VMware VMW and ‘you basically get the rest of the company for free.’ EMC rose 0.42% to $19.14 in after-hours trading. Jim suggested traders to invest more in Teva Pharmaceutical TEVA. He said that though all health care stocks are tumbling, he wants investors to buy TEVA. Shares of TEVA gained 0.33% to $54.95 during after hours. To see more trading ideas, click here.
