According to the latest Employment Outlook Survey conducted quarterly by Manpower Inc MAN, US employers have positive hiring plans for Q3. The seasonally adjusted results show that net 6% of companies plan to hire in Q3, as compared to 5% in Q2 and -2% year-over-year. MAN’s Chairman and CEO, Jeff Joerres said, "We have been waiting for the labor market to show signs of a sustained recovery. The survey results for the third quarter are indicating a trend of hiring intention that has historically proven to be the positive inflection point of accelerated job growth." The polysilicon market is ultimately a commodity market that will eventually be dominated by large, low-cost players.
