• CBOE Holdings CBOE priced its initial offering late Monday at the top end of its $27-$29 range, pricing its 11.7 million share offering at $29 per share

• CVS Caremark CVS approved a new $2 billion share repurchase program.

• Lincoln National LNC said it will repay US Treasury TARP funds through the sale of 12.9 million common shares at $27.25 apiece, raising about $335 million

• Microsoft MSFT launched the Xbox 360 "Slim," its first major Xbox redesigned model in five years, with plans for immediate shipment

• Meredith Whitney adjusted slightly upward her opinions for Citigroup C from "sell" to "underperform," on Wells Fargo WFC and on Capital One COF from "sell" to "hold."

• Research in Motion RIMM is reportedly developing a tablet device to compete with Apple's AAPL

• Hershey HSY said it will cut about 500-600 positions, or 5% of its workforce, a move expected to result in savings of $60-$80 million
