UBS Analyst Likes Costco (COST)

Neil Curry of UBS said on CNBC's Fast Money that Costco Wholesale Corporation COST is the best retail story in the world, from the long term point of view. He added that it is a little bit expensive at the moment, and if you compare it to Wal-Mart WMT you will see that Costco (COST) currently trades at a higher valuation. He also said that Costco's (COST) sales look robust, and its core business is so adaptive that it can perform well in any environment. Patty Edwards commented that she also likes Costco (COST) and she believes that it is cheaper than Wal-Mart (WMT). Steve Grasso added that Costco (COST) is a play based on the recovery in California, and that might be a reason for its recent bad performance. Costco (COST) jumped 0.86% today, and closed at $56.19.
