Goldman Sachs Extends Gains On Settlement Speculation (GS)

Shares of Goldman Sachs GS are flying higher on speculation that the firm has reached a settlement with the SEC regarding fraud charges which were brought earlier in the year. The stock has now gained 3.62% to $144.09. The SEC has announced that they will be holding a press conference this afternoon. Goldman shares have fallen 15.36% year-to-date.
