ATC Technology Corporation ATAC jumped 38.96% to $24.22 at 10:33 am. ATAC has agreed to be acquired by Genco Distribution System Inc for $512.6 million in cash. Cypress Bioscience Inc CYPB climbed 33.60% to $3.34. Ramius LLC has offered to acquire all the outstanding shares of CYPB for $4.00 per share in cash. Tomkins Plc TKS shares surged 29.42% to $17.95. TKS has received a cash bid from Canadian private-equity firm Onex Corp and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board for £2.86 billion ($4.38 billion).
