Fidelity National Financial, Inc FNF announced on Wednesday after the market closed that it far exceeded consensus Wall Street earnings estimates.
Fidelity National Financial, Inc (FNF) reported that its 2nd quarter net income surged to $139.6 million, or 61 cents per share, up from $91.9 million, or 40 cents per share, a year earlier.
According to a survey of analysts by Thomson Reuters, the average Wall Street estimate called for earnings of 35 cents per share.
Shares of FNF ended Wednesday trading down 1.81% at $13.54 per share.
The consensus price target of analysts covering the stock is $16.64 per share.
