Goldfarb Branham LLP is investigating General Electric GE for shareholders due to a $23 million settlement by the company with the U.S. Government due to alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. “General Electric will pay $23 million to settle a lawsuit with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission over allegations that GE subsidiaries inflated the commissions of the agents who brokered deals with Saddam Hussein’s Iraqi government to hide $3.6 million in kickbacks,” attorney Hamilton Lindley said
