Brian Stutland's Coca-Cola (KO) Trade

Brian Stutland said on CNBC's Fast Money that he is bullish on The Coca-Cola Company KO. He thinks that Coca-Cola's (KO) valuation is relatively attractive, and he likes its 3% dividend yield. The stock has moved with the rest of the market, and instead of owning the stock Brian Stutland wants to buy a call option in The Coca-Cola Company (KO). He wants to buy the September 55 call for $1.80. His break even point would be at $56.80. The Coca-Cola Company (KO) will either move approximately 10% higher, or fall to $62, thinks Brian Stutland. For this reason he prefers to use call options, because he is risking only the premium, and he still gets a chance to participate on the upside. The Coca-Cola Company (KO) fell 0.32% today, and closed at $56.37. It had a volume of 7.51M shares.
