Benzinga's After Hours Movers (MRVL, CRM, GPS, HPQ, DELL, EBAY)

A number of widely followed stocks have made big moves in the after hours trading session, nearly all of them earnings related. On the bullish side: Marvell Technology MRVL is a big gainer after reporting earnings. The company earned $0.40 per share, which was in line with analyst consensus. MRVL also announced a $500 million share repurchase plan. The stock has surged almost 10% to $16.40 in late trading. Salesforce.com CRM reported earnings per share of $0.29 compared to Wall Street estimates of $0.27. Revenues were up 24.8% year-over-year. CRM has gained 7.51% to $103.65 in the after hours. Gap Inc. GPS reported earnings per share of $0.36 compared to consensus of $0.35. Revenues were also slightly higher than Street estimates. The company announced a $750 million share repurchase plan. GPS has gained 3.05% to $18.25 in late trading. On the bearish side: Hewlett-Packard HPQ announced earnings per share of $1.08 which was in-line with estimates. The company's revenues were slightly better than expected. The stock, however, has fallen around 1% in the after hours, however, to $40.39. Much maligned computer manufacturer Dell Inc. DELL reported earnings per share of $0.32 compared to consensus of $0.30 and said revenues rose 21.7% year-over-year. Nevertheless, the stock has fallen 2% in the post-market session to $11.80. eBay EBAY has lost 1.25% in late trading to $22.85. There does not appear to be any news out driving the activity in the stock.
