Dell Inc DELL reported its Q2 profit of $0.28 per share on $15.5 billion in sales, up from its earnings of $0.24 per share on revenue of $12.8 billion in the year-ago period. The company would have earned $0.32 per share, after excluding one-time items. The analysts expected the company to post its earnings at $0.30 per share on revenue of $15.2 billion. DELL’s shares fell 2.82% to $11.70 in after-hours trading. Analysts expect JM Smucker Company SJM to post its FQ3 profit of $0.96 per share. SJM’s shares rose 0.38% to $58.25 in the after-hours trading session. Salesforce.com Inc CRM posted its Q2 net income at $0.11 per share, down from $0.17 per share, in the year-ago quarter. The company’s revenue increased 25% y/y to $394.4 million. CRM would have earned $0.29 per share, after excluding special items. The analysts were expecting the company to report its earnings, excluding items, at $0.27 per share on $384.2 million in revenue. CRM’s shares jumped 7.87% to $104.00 in after-hours trading.
