SinoCoking and Coke Chemical Industries Inc SCOK climbed 24.25% to $15.32. SCOK’s wholly controlled affiliate had entered into the material definitive agreements to acquire majority interests in Baofeng Shuangrui Coal Co Ltd and Baofeng Xingsheng Coal Co Ltd. Qiao Xing Universal Resources Inc XING shares advanced 16.33% to $1.71. XING’s shares have lost 24.23% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 4.44% in the same period.
