Goldman downgraded the stock from Neutral to Sell. West Corporation WSTC shares tumbled 5.19% to $26.23 after the company announced an offering of $1 billion senior notes. Acorda Therapeutics ACOR shares fell 4.90% to $33.55 after the company announced a public offering of $300 million principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2021. Shire plc SHPG shares declined 3.27% to $184.87. Shire shares jumped 6.59% Monday on a report from Reuters that the company had hired Citigroup as an advisor to handle a potential sale. Qiwi plc QIWI slipped 2.72% to $40.49 after the company priced 7.973 million ADS offering at $40.00 per ADS.
