ConAgra Foods CAG shares fell 5.84% to $30.93 after the company lowered its forecast and said it would miss Q4 estimates. Actuant ATU slipped 4.52% to $34.66 after the company posted a profit in the fiscal third quarter and lowered its fiscal 2014 forecast. GW Pharmaceuticals plc GWPH slipped 4.36% to $85.90 after the company announced an offering of 1.7 million ADSs.
