Meritor MTOR slipped 11.03% to $12.98 after the company reached a $500 million settlement with Eaton ETN related to an anti-trust suit filed in 2006. The company's board authorized a repurchase of up to $210 million. InspireMD NSPR dropped 10.77% to $2.90 after the company received European approval to resume MGuard Prime manufacturing. Arotech ARTX shares slipped 8.14% to $4.29 after the company announced a $36 million follow on order for virtual clearance training program. Arotech now expected FY14 sales of $105.0 million to $111.0 million. Ixia XXIA tumbled 5.14% to $11.26 after the company reported its Q4 earnings of $0.15 per share on revenue of $120.60 million. Ixia now expected Q1 sales of $109.0 million to $113.0 million. Kandi Technolgies Group KNDI shares slipped 3.85% to $12.72 after dropping 2.65% on Friday. FMC FMC shares declined 3.30% to $72.28 after the company lowered its FY14 earnings forecast and issued a weak Q2 outlook. NVIDIA NVDA shares fell 1.77% to $18.59. Pacific Crest downgraded NVIDIA from Sector Perform to Underperform.
