Uranerz Energy URZ shares dipped 13.38% to $1.23 after the company announced a $10 million financing. SanDisk SNDK shares tumbled 11.30% to $95.64 after the company issued a downbeat current-quarter revenue outlook. SanDisk reported its Q2 earnings of $1.41 per share on revenue of $1.63 billion. AutoNation AN shares declined 6.63% to $56.80 after the company reported weaker-than-expected earnings for the second quarter. Colfax CFX shares fell 6.29% to $68.13 after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q2 results. Mattel MAT shares fell 5.76% to $36.78 after the company reported a drop in its second-quarter earnings. Mattel's quarterly profit fell to $28.3 million, or $0.08 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $73.3 million, or $0.21 per share. Orbitz Worldwide OWW dropped 4.46% to $8.57 after the company priced a 34 million share offering. Tower Semiconductor TSEM fell 4.09% to $10.80 after jumping 14.14% on Wednesday. TowerJazz is expected to report its Q2 financial results on August 04, 2014.
