CGR Director And Board Chairman Announces His Retirement

Mr Josef Spross, the Director and Chairman of the Board of Claude Resources Inc CGR, has announced his retirement from the post, with effect from December 31, 2010. CGR will be on the lookout to find his successor in the coming months. Mr Spross had joined the company's Board of Directors in 2006. He was subsequently appointed the Chairman of the Board in the same year. CGR's shares rose 7.46% to close at $1.44 yesterday. Read more from Benzinga's Company news.
