Shares of Thor Industries THO jumps after it agreed to pay about $209 million in cash and stock to purchase Heartland Recreational Vehicles LLC.
The acquisition comprises cash worth $100 million and 4.3 million shares of THO.
THO's shares gained 10.02% to $27.99 at 3:48 pm.
