UBIC UBIC shares slipped 9.03% to $20.60. The directors of UBIC resolved to acquire all of the outstanding shares of TechLaw Solutions. Kandi Technolgies Group KNDI shares dropped 8.37% to $17.52 after the company announced its entry into agreement for registered direct placement of $71 million of common stock and warrants. Frontline FRO shares declined 7.56% to $2.08 after falling around 13% on Thursday. Pacific Sunwear of California PSUN shares fell 6.52% to $2.15 after the company posted in-line results for the second quarter and issued a weak forecast. Bio Blast Pharma ORPN slipped 5.52% to $9.25 after the company reported Q2 results. Big Lots BIG shares dropped 2.96% to $45.80 on Q2 results. Big Lots reported better-than-expected fiscal second-quarter earnings and raised its FY14 earnings forecast. The company also announced a new $125 million share-repurchase program. Sunesis Pharmaceuticals SNSS shares fell 2.19% to $7.61 after dropping 5.47% on Thursday. Wedbush downgraded the stock from Outperform to Neutral.
