PVH PVH shares jumped 8.30% to $126.85 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter earnings. The company expected earnings growth of more than 15% for the second half of 2014. Magal Security Systems MAGS jumped 7.95% to $5.57 after the company reported a Q2 loss of $0.07 per share on revenue of $16.20 million. TIBCO Software TIBX shares rose 5.37% to $22.17 in pre-market trading on news the company hired an investment bank to explore strategic options.
