Weatherford Announces the Total Consideration for Tender Offer

Weatherford International Ltd. WFT announced today the reference yield and the total consideration for its previously announced Any and All Offer, whereby Weatherford International, Inc. is offering, under certain conditions, to purchase any and all of its outstanding 6 5/8% Senior Notes due November 15, 2011. The Any and All Offer is being made in conjunction with the previously announced Maximum Tender Offer, pursuant to which Weatherford Delaware is offering to purchase, under certain conditions, its 5.95% Senior Notes due June 15, 2012 and Weatherford International Ltd., a Bermuda exempted company and subsidiary of Weatherford is offering to purchase, under certain conditions, its 5.15% Senior Notes due March 15, 2013 and its 4.95% Senior Notes due October 15, 2013.
