American Science & Engineering ASEI fell 10.91% to $49.34 after the company announced its plans to lower its workforce by around 10% to reduce operating expenses. The company also expected to post a net loss for the second quarter. Real Goods Solar RGSE fell 10.30% to $1.54 after the company announced a strategy to exit large commercial business. AZZ AZZ shares slipped 9.22% to $37.92 after the company reported Q2 results. China Finance Online Co JRJC shares dipped 3.14% to $6.65 after falling 21.49% on Tuesday. Trina Solar TSL fell 2.98% to $11.71 after the company priced an offering of 10.33 million ADS convertible senior notes. eBay EBAY declined 2.51% to $55.21 following downgrades. Jefferies downgraded eBay from Buy to Neutral.
