The board of directors of DTE Energy Co DTE has promoted the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO) Gerard Anderson to the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on October 1.
The company's CEO Anthony Earley Jr will be appointed as the board's executive chairman.
DTE's shares lost 1.41% to close at $45.47 yesterday.
