ALCO Stores ALCS shares slipped 72.48% to $0.45 after the company filed for voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Aerohive Networks HIVE shares dipped 24.28% to $5.02 after the company lowered its Q3 outlook. Lithia Motors LAD shares dropped 18.30% to $66.06 after the company lowered its Q3 earnings forecast. DryShips DRYS shares slipped 16.67% to $1.55 after the company announced the withdrawal of its public senior secured notes offering. Imperial Capital downgraded DryShips from Outperform to Underperform and lowered the price target from $4.00 to $1.40. Shutterfly SFLY shares tumbled 8.71% to $42.87 as Bloomberg reported that Silver Lake Management LLC has decided not to pursue acquisitions of Shutterfly, as well as Snapfish from Hewlett-Packard Company HPQ, after failing to reach an agreement, according to a source. Apricus Biosciences APRI dropped 7.26% to $1.15 after the company reported that it has received a Notice of Allowance of US Patent Application for RayVa GoPro GPRO shares slipped 2.05% to $83.31 after dropping 4.63% on Friday.
