AZZ incorporated Announces Quarterly Dividend of $.25

today announced that the Board of Directors, at its regularly scheduled quarterly meeting, declared a 25 cent per share cash dividend on the Company's common stock outstanding. The dividend will be paid at the close of business on November 1, 2010, to shareholders of record on October 15, 2010.
