CVSL Inc. CVSL shares dipped 42.50% to $2.53 after the company priced its earlier announced public offering of shares. Weight Watchers International, Inc. WTW shares fell 33.31% to $11.71 after the company issued a downbeat FY15 earnings forecast. Weight Watchers reported Q4 earnings of $0.07 per share on revenue of $327.8 million. Resonant Inc. RESN shares dropped 29.54% to $10.90. Resonant posted a full-year net loss of $9.7 million, or $2.16 per share, versus a year-ago net loss of $9.4 million in 2013. TubeMogul, Inc. TUBE shares tumbled 23.58% to $13.71 after the company reported stronger-than-expected financial results for its fourth quarter, but issued a downbeat revenue outlook for 2015. EnerNOC, Inc. ENOC slipped 23.46% to $14.05. EnerNOC on Thursday reported a Q4 loss of $26.8 million and issued a weak outlook. MoSys, Inc. MOSY shares dipped 16.83% to $1.68 after the company priced its underwritten public offering of 12.5 million shares of its common stock at $1.60 per share. A. M. Castle & Co. CAS shares fell 14.71% to $4.29. AM Castle & Co reported Q4 earnings of $1.64 per share on revenue of $231.5 million. Potbelly Corporation PBPB shares declined 12.12% to $12.91 after the company announced the resignation of CFO Charles Talbot. J. C. Penney Company, Inc. JCP shares slipped 9.81% to $8.23. J.C. Penney reported a quarterly loss of $59 million, or $0.19 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $35 million, or $0.11 per share. Excluding certain items, the company broke even during the quarter. However, analysts were expecting a profit of $0.11 per share.
