The worst performing industries in the market today are: Data Storage Devices: This industry fell 2.7% by 11:00 am ET. SanDisk Corp. SNDK shares dropped 17% in today's trading. SanDisk lowered its sales forecast for the first quarter. Networking & Communication Devices: The industry dropped 2.6% by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Cisco Systems, Inc. CSCO, which declined 2.7%. Cisco shares have jumped 24.70% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 11.47% in the same period. Computer Peripherals: This industry tumbled 2.4% by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was Universal Display Corp. OLED, which fell 4.4%. Universal Display's trailing-twelve-month EPS is $0.90. Building Materials Wholesale: This industry declined 2.3% by 11:00 am with Louisiana-Pacific Corp. LPX moving down 1.8%. Louisiana-Pacific's trailing-twelve-month ROE is -6.27%.
