Oppenheimer & Co. has a note on Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc MDRX, as it talks about its latest Healthcare IT survey.
In a research report, Oppenheimer writes, "One of the main concerns voiced by hospital CIOs as well as hospital CFOs regarding their HCIT vendors is whether there is sufficient vendor capacity to handle implementation in a
compressed timeframe. Survey results show that 74% of hospital CIOs believe that vendor capacity could be an issue for implementation. CERN and MDRX appear to be the exception to the rule, as hospitals using these vendors seem to be less concerned based on our conversations with hospital CIOs. Under these circumstances, we believe CERN and MDRX are well positioned in comparison to peers."
Shares of MDRX lost 1 cent on Friday to close at $19.10.
