Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC OZM today reported a GAAP Net Loss of $93.5 million, or $1.04 per basic and $1.05 per diluted Class A Share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010. The Company also declared a $0.10 per share 2010 third quarter cash dividend on its Class A Shares.
